 Date: August 8–14, 2026

Introduction

This retreat is a sanctuary for anyone longing for stillness, clarity, and a deeper connection with nature. It helps your nervous system soften, your breath deepen, and your inner compass awaken again.

This is not a luxury retreat. There is no performance, no comparison, and no pressure. It is simple, pure, and real — a week to be fully yourself.

Why Join This Retreat

In a world of constant noise and overload, our minds become tired and our bodies stay tense. Whether you are moving through stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, life transition, or simply craving silence, this retreat helps you reset, restore, and return to yourself.

 The way out is inward.

Here you learn to listen to the language of your body. As tension softens, you begin to feel lighter and happier. Your natural sparkle returns, your jaw relaxes, your breathing deepens, and a steady calm begins to take root.

You start to feel supported and carried — by nature, by life, and by yourself. A quiet inner trust grows that you may follow your own path, your own passion, and your own authentic truth.

What to Expect

  • A shift from non-stop doing into being.
  • Mindful walking that brings you into the present moment.
  • Silence and simplicity
  • Universal Prayer and meditation.
  • Deep relaxation to regulate and settle your nervous system.
  •  Grounding companionship from the goats.
  •  Nature practices that awaken intuition and connection.
  •  Wild herbal foraging and tea-making
  •  Simple self-care tools that rebuild emotional and physical balance.
  •  Space to rest, journal, reflect, and truly listen within.

Daily Rhythm

This retreat offers generous personal time — the space where the nervous system recalibrates, clarity emerges, and transformation begins.

8 am–12 pm

  •  A mindful walk with the animals along the lakeshore, followed by a nourishing breakfast.
  •  Followed by a daily theme such as letting go, beginning anew, connecting with nature, or discovering wild herbal medicine.

12 pm–4 pm

  •  Lunch followed by deep rest and spacious personal time. Rest is not passive — it is healing in action, where the body shifts into the parasympathetic state.

4 pm–8 pm

  •  Simple shared dinner, evening theme, sharing circle, prayer and meditation.

8 p.m.–8 a.m.

Stillness and silence, allowing the nervous system to reset and the mind to settle.
